    Hello! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at The Ridge at North Texas because I'll be graduating in December. The apartment features a spacious 4x4 floor plan, meaning you'll have your own bathroom and two sunny windows in the bedroom. Located on the third floor, it offers a fantastic view and a balcony for some outdoor relaxation. This is an all-girls apartment, so I'm specifically looking for female students to take over the lease. The rent is $635, and the location is super convenient-there's a DTCA bus nearby for easy transportation, along with plenty of stores like Walmart and Target, and it's not far from the mall. The apartment is also fully furnished, including a bed, desk, and drawer.
