The unit has a folding door closet, and a built in desk with storage shelves and drawers.
It is an all male unit so any prospects would need to be both male and a student at UNT.
Base rent is $489, typical utilities fees are between $50-125 conglomerate, so typical monthly payments would be around $600.
It has a working washer and dryer, air conditioning, microwave, stovetop and oven.
This is a 3x2 unit so the tenant would be sharing a bathroom with one other tenant, the other unit in the apartment has a private bathroom.
Pets are allowed but do require a $300 initial fee and then a monthly addition to your rent of around $30-40
