The house is a duplex in a great neighborhood, close to TWU and UNT, and lots of good shopping and food nearby. There is one bedroom available to a female renter.  LGBTQ friendly.

The bedroom is ensuite to the bathroom (that will be shared with another renter) and has a door that leads out to the driveway. There is a very sweet older lady that lives in the other part of the duplex. There is a washer and dryer in the house, and on and off-street parking is available (2 cars can fit in the driveway, so 1 person does street parking).

The house is pet friendly, but the landlord requires a $800 pet deposit. He also requires a background check, and if he decides to move forward there is a $45 application fee. The security deposit equals one month's rent and utilities are usually around $200 total (split evenly between all in the house). This sublease is through August 2024.
