Subletting my room since I will be graduating. NTX has a bus system that goes to UNT and is a short commute to TWU. Has amazing amenities and great people in the front office. $30 electric allowance and anything split between you and the housemate.
Base pay is $1,009 a month + the amount for the monthly electricity if it is over the $30 limit.
