I'm currently looking to relet my apartment for the Spring semester before the end of December at NTX Apartments. I'm in a B1 unit there for $979/mo (including utilities) for a fully furnished room with one roommate. Comes with a laundry room, living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. It's on the top floor at the end of the building, meaning there are ZERO shared walls with anyone else.
