My roommate and I are getting ready to graduate this December and are looking for someone to pick up the remainder of our lease.

We will move out after finals and you could move in as soon as December 21st and the lease goes till July 31 2021.

Apartment is very clean 1 bed 1 bath, we do not smoke or own any pets, and it is located 0.5 miles from campus! (there is a bus stop too)

Apartment rent is grandfathered in at $833, this includes trash/recycling and pest control (we have never had any pest problems in the 2.5 years we have been here) and is 610 sq ft

We will pay the first months rent and application fee!

We are planning to move out right after finals in December so you could move in as soon as December 21^st!
