Looking for a female to sign over my part of the lease. My roommates are great, but I have no reason to be in Denton anymore, and I need to move out ASAP for work. This is a perfect location for anyone needing a place close to both UNT and TWU. My roommates are a lot of fun and enjoy typical girly things such as wine and movie nights, painting, photoshoots, and spilling tea. This is a great housing option for someone who is new to the area and looking to make friends. Or even someone who just needs a place last minute and wouldn't mind the companionship of three cool roommates.

You'll have a large bedroom in the front with lots of natural light, and although not connected to the room, you'll also get your own bathroom as well as a spot in the garage for your car. The kitchen has two ovens if you like cooking, so that's a plus. We also have a nice backyard and patio space with a hammock. We're also pet friendly if you have a furry companion!

The move in date is flexible, but I would like to be out by the end of January at the latest.

If you are interested, I am open to giving tours or showing pictures to give you a better idea of the space. Also, my current roommates have requested to meet you before the move in date to make sure its a good fit. We can do this either in person or via Zoom, whatever is convenient for you! They're fun and easy to live with, so it's just a precaution don't worry.
