[ Built in 1999 ] Mozart Square is located at the main entrance of the University of North Texas, on the corner of North Texas Boulevard and Eagle Drive. Mozart Square offers private single occupancy rooms and double occupancy rooms with suite cooking areas. Mozart is home to UNT’s men’s and women’s basketball teams. Each room is equipped with individual heating and air conditioning controls for added comfort.

Private Single Occupancy Room w/ Cooking Area: $7,446.00 / Estimated Monthly: $827.33
Single Occupancy Room: $7,114.00 / Monthly Estimate: $790.44
Double Occupancy Room w/ Cooking Area: $6,728.00 / Monthly Estimate: $747.55

2024-2025 MEAL PLAN REQUIREMENT:
All freshman students living on-campus are required to select from one of the Meal Plans >. Upperclassmen residing in Honors, Legends, Mozart Square and Traditions have an expanded list of meal plan options available during the application process. There are 6 Dining Hall Locations and unique dining experiences on the main campus and one dining facility at The Discover Park satellite campus. The University of North Texas also offer Retail Restaurants in the University Union and throughout the campus community. Dining Flex Dollars are for use at on-campus retail locations only. Unused Flex Dollars forfeit at the end of each semester. Remaining balances do not carry over. Details >

Mozart Square Hall – Suite Bathrooms
– Bathroom is contained within the bedroom unit.
– Bathroom is accessed directly from within the room
and access is limited to the occupants of the rooms
that connect to the bathroom.
– Residents are responsible for cleaning the bathroom
space add providing their own paper products.
– Fire code restricts suite bathroom doors from being
lockable, whereby creating a suite of rooms.
