Did you know that approximately 30% of all students attending the University of North Texas live at an Off-Campus Student Living Community? So, what makes these off-campus communities so popular with students? Actually, it’s quite simple. When you review costs and legal exposures associated with sharing a place with roommates in a conventional apartment community, duplex or house, things can become complicated. But, with an Off-Campus Student Living Community, the student signs an individual lease, the apartment is usually fully furnished, roommate matching is provided, apartment ultilies have an allowance cap and the community is either walking distance to campus or serviced by the UNT Shuttle Bus Route.
Denton’s inventory of Off-Campus Student Living Communities also boasts some of the most extensive apartment features and amenities offered anywhere in the country and each community’s focus is based primarily on the student experience… This vibe creates a community of positive spirit and an environment where students can flourish.
So, before you make that all-important off-campus housing decision, take a look at Denton’s Off-Campus Student Living Communities; 30% of students attending the University of North Texas can’t be wrong!
