Student Legal Services (SLS)
Student Legal Services offers a wide variety of legal guidance for students living off campus. The goal of this office to to connsel, advise and represent University of North Texas students. SLS can write letters, draft legal documents, represent students, or otherwise attempt to resolve protential legal problems with lease agreements, owners, property management and even roommates. Shuttle Bus Route & Campus Parking
Living off-campus while attending the University of North Texas, and getting to and from campus and all around Denton is a breeze through a variety of transportation options made available to you by UNT’s Transportation Services. Transportation Services are highly convenient, whether your commute involves driving yourself to and from campus, or perhaps it’s catching one of the numerous UNT shuttle buses that become part of your daily routine. However your day begins or ends at the University of North Texas, UNT Transportation Services will be a big part of your day!
University Parking is at a premium on campus, and each student parking a vehicle on campus must obtain a parking permit. Controlled parking areas include campus grounds parking lots, metered parking, and campus streets. The University Shuttle Bus Route Service is free to all students, faculty, and staff; so when looking for off-campus housing in Denton, ask your prospective apartment representative if they are located on or near one of the several UNT Shuttle Bus Routes.
