This is a nice apartment complex located just 7 minutes away from campus. The room available will have a bed, bath and great closet space. The unit has a laundry room, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc. It will be shared with 3 other students enrolled in at the University of North Texas. Two of the tenants are seniors and the other is a Junior. Each of them are very friendly, keep to themselves and keep the house very clean. We have a system of who buys trash bags, dish soap and paper towels.
